GBP - The pound rose after rumors of interest rate hike. Earlier this week, BoE chairman Mark Carney said there would be no interest rate hike. This confuses investors, as the the Brexit process also has a negative impact on the GBP. We remain cautious towards the currency by looking for clearer signals on how the country policy will develop.
CAD - The Canadian dollar is trading with an increase. Yesterday, the better retail data support the currency, and today at 15:30 we expect CPI data, which will also have a short-term effect on the currency. CAD is currently traded at around 1.3219 against the US dollar.
Oil: Oil has entered the bear market. Negative moods around OPEC and the oversupplied market have a negative impact on the black gold. Today, oil has recovered from the downturn in recent days, but moods do not look good and remain negative towards the commodity. Countries outside the agreement, such as the United States, Nigeria and Libya (which are one of the biggest oil producers), question whether OPEC will be able to rebalance the market and the high supply will be reduced.
