Asian Stock Market - Japanese stocks increased, with Nikkei 225 adding 0.31% thanks to the telecom sector, which jumped 1.8%. Topix rose 0.2%. Kospi headed for gains of 0.32%, while the technology sector traded higher because of the 1.86% share of Samsung shares. Chinese stocks also reported good results after the closing session closed at low levels. Shanghai Composite increased by 0.8% and CSI 300 by 0.98%. Mixed moods will only remain in the Asian markets, as we still have no real exit from the war.
FX Market - The pound is expected to remain weak today as it fell to an 11-month low against the dollar due to worries about "hard" Brexit, while US-China trade tensions helped maintain a strong dollar. The dollar index has good prospects for rising to levels of 95.55 / 65. The EUR / USD remains at a low level looking at the 1.1500 / 1510 area, which is a great deal of support, but it can be pushed through the thin summer markets.
Commodity Market - Oil markets are starting cautiously today, as many Asian traders are reluctant to take on new positions before the introduction of US sanctions against the major Iranian exporter. Brent dropped 1 cent from his last closing and WTI fell 8 cents.
European stock Market - We do not expect a strong economic calendar today at the European session. Futures of European indices show positive sentiment before the start of the European session. DAX30, CAC40 and UKX are expected to open on green, with all three indices up by about 10 points.
US Stock Market - Wall Street Stock Markets completed trade on the first day of the week on green, led by Facebook. Nasdaq Composite posted a 0.61% growth, with Facebook shares rising 4.5%. Shares in the social network have risen after reports have emerged that the company is negotiating with banks to include financial information for users in the Messenger app. Dow rose 0.16% to 25,502.18 points, with Disney shares rising to 1.62%. The S & P 500 rose 0.35% to 2850.40 points.
