An earthquake measuring 8.2 on a rhythm hit Mexico

An 8.2-magnitude earthquake hit the Mexican coast late Thursday night and local authorities issued a tsunami warning. The earthquake was 70 miles from the Mexico coast at a depth of 22 miles. This is the strongest earthquake in the past 100 years. After the earthquake, they died, and their number is unknown at the moment. Experts expect the damage to be worth billions of dollars. The tsunami waves that flooded the shores of Mexico were over 3 meters.

There is currently no market reaction from the Mexican peso or indices, but experts say the Mexican economy is yet to reflect the consequences.
