We expect the Asian indices to open higher today. The US markets closed last week on a positive note with record highs and we think that the positive sentiment will continue. The futures point to a higher open.
Price of Oil again stated going higher Friday before week end and now the futures are trading higher as well at levels of $54.10. This may be due to the agreement of the NON-OPEC countries to cut production as well with around 588 barrels per day. This will certainly support higher prices of the indices.
After ECB's rate decision to keep rates unchanged the markets continued higher again and also the US dollar, now is again at levels of previous highs, where it might breaks these highs here as it is fundamentally supported.
Nikkei will open higher around 19,270 and ASX 200 will open around 5,577
