The indices in Asia will open lower, after the lower close in the USA. There are negative views that the rally will end. Investors again focused their attention at the Oil price as the decision from OPEC is expected and the price of Oil again went up to $47,50 for a barrel after it fell. The volatility has gotten a hold of this market due to the expected news.
With the year end investors will be getting more cautions to put new funds to work. In December higher rates are expected from the FED and the declaration of income is also a factor to be dealt with after the year's End. The markets stopped here but its probably just a pause before heading higher again.
Nikkei will open lower around 18,261, ASX 200 is expected to open around 5,470
