Australian dollar rose in Asian session after the Gross Domestic Product for the fourth quarter of 2014 to expectations and showed an increase. Yoy GDP showed a decline of 0.2% to 2.5% compared to 2.7% for the previous period.
AUD / USD was trading at 0.7820, up 0.1% and USD / JPY fell by 0.15% to 119.58.
Chinese PMI rose to 52.0 points in February, amid data from 51.8 points in January month.
The dollar declined against most major currencies in early session. Index determining the strength of the greenback fell 0.2% to 95.40 points.
