Bill Gross has retired. The bond king is out

The greatest or at least the most famous bond fund manager of all time is out of the game. From Janus Henderson, where Bill Gross's last job was, shared that the renowned Bond King would withdraw from the fund and concentrate on managing his personal accounts.

After 30 minutes on Bloomberg TV we can expect an interview with Gross.

"I look forward to continuing to work with my son Jeff and daughter Jennifer in identifying and supporting worthy and important causes that are creating better lives locally and around the world," said Mr. Gross.

The reason for leaving Janus Henderson is also part of the press release. The bottom line is that Bill Gross has not achieved its minimal average performance over the past three months.
