UK asset managers like Schroders Plc and Henderson Group Plc are facing greater risks than banks if Britain leaves the European Union after the referendum, Morgan Stanley wrote in his report.
Hardest hit will be managers of UCITS, Schroders and Henderson "most exposed" because between 30 and 40% of its assets under management are invested in a format

Morgan Stanley said it expects the days before the referendum result in "significant uncertainty and higher volatility of asset prices."
Schroders has gained 10 percent in London trading this year, while Schroders has risen to 44%.
