CAC40 on key levels before French elections

The French index is on key level of horizontal support which match with 50SMA. For risk traders level is good for purchases. If the price crosses below 50SMA is most likely observe a decline to 38.2% retracement of Fibonacci support level which coincides with the 200SMA.
Currently, the foundation has a strong influence on the index as investors await the first round of French elections.

Indicators:
Demarker - the indicator is located in area of over sales and has not turned
Demarker Sequential - the indicator started counting the last three days indicating that the bearish momentum is still in force
Volumes - volumes in the last day are slightly above average and this confirms the downward movement - a negative signal
