Last Friday, the COT report was not published due to an extraordinary weekend on Wednesday. The report was scheduled for today, here it is:
Net short positions in JPY remain the highest speculative positions. This is about a week ago. Since then, the Yen has risen and tested the 100-year MA in the area around 112.26, which happened last Thursday and again today.
The second largest net short positions for the euro, taking into account an increase to 61K. We also see a slight increase in the net short positions for the Pound.
