DAX 30: upward movement in the index is taking place.
Price at diagonal trend support. Whether it will have a break below 11262 ?
I do not know, what I will do is the following.
I wait to see where the price will move. Buy when the CCI crosses above -100, switching the index above -100 would give me a buy signal with a close stop loss below 11262.
If the price crosses below 11262 will not go sell, because it is very risky to trade against the trend, I will wait for a signal from CCI to buy
Many investors use to trade a financial instrument on Daily chart trend trading only after a signal from the CCI, this technique will I use now. Only buy, but only after a signal from the CCI after its passage over -100.
In this case there is an uptrend, CCi will give me a position signal after its passage from the bottom ,up in one of the reference levels -100, -200 or 0
