Investors have made offers for more than 95% of the shares with the approaching the end of the offer on Thursday.
Over 80% of investors have decided to participate in the capital increase, as some prefer to increase their exposures and new investors buying the rest
Shares are trading higher than their initial price, which is a key factor for demand.
Deutsche Bank fell 1.6%, while European shares fell.
Key Qatari company shareholders buy shares to maintain their share, according to people familiar with the matter.
Chinese investor HNA Group Co. has built its stake to 4.76% and may increase it.
