American indices closed higher, after their two day fall. Investors continue to ignore the problems at the White House. Today at the Intelligence committee, the Attorney General testifies. In the S&P500 all sectors were up with the exception of the Telecommunication.
for the DJ the record level was made possible by the raise in the stock of Goldman Sachs and 3M
NASDAQ was up with Apple, Google and Tesla.
The price of Oil rose slightly around $46.46 per barrel, and that possibly helped the indices to raise as well to those record levels. The USD was trading lower toward the most of the other currencies, but will small changes. DXY/again fell to around 97.00. The Euro did not make any significant moves and it also traded in a tight range. Gold had an impulse up but as the indices rose, the metal strength faded.
Investors will remain with heightened attention due to the data that is coming out tomorrow, as the CPI and Retail sales is due and also expecting the FED decision in regards to the rates.
