He'll be making an appearance at the European Parliament later today at 1500 GMT to present the 2017 ECB annual report. Even so, expect there to possibly be one or two comments regarding recent monetary policy decisions/considerations and the current state of the Eurozone economy as well.
But for the most part he should be touching on items that won't really have much significance to markets in general. And even if he does get near topics of relevance, I would expect Draghi to play it safe by not sounding any alarm bells on possible changes to the central bank's current outlook towards the economy and rate guidance.
So, just mark this down in your calendars and take notice on what he has to say. We may not be expecting much but when it comes to central bank speakers, it's best to always be vigilant and stay prepared in case.
