Economic Calendar for the Asian Stock Exchange Session - 03.11.2017
Holiday in Japan
02:30 Australia - September Retail Sales
- After the last drop in retail sales of -0.6% (the biggest since 2011), market participants expect growth of 0.4%. If current data is predicted or higher, we expect AUD support. Worse data will negatively affect AUD, with expectations being limited.
03:45 China - Caixin Services PMI
- Services PMI expectations are positive, and if China is able to meet expectations or improve them, we will likely see growth in AUD and NZD, as the economies of both countries are directly dependent on growth in China. For better data, we also expect a positive impact on the indices. Worse data would negatively affect AUD and NZD, and would limit the accumulated positivism of stock markets.
