The Reserve Bank of Australia highlighted job market vulnerabilities in its April policy assessment, though it continued to note "various" forward-looking indicators still pointing to employment growth near-term. Employment fell by 6,400 in February as job shedding for part-time workers overshadowed gains for full-timers. Participation has been stable.
Expectations of Chinese trade balance in March that it would be positive, as expected strong decline in imports and increase in exports.
