Asia's emerging market shares is traded on negative territory, reflected on the US-China relationship. In just a few hours, we witnessed threats from both, Trump and Chinese Trade ministry.
Trump has requested a new $200 billion. import duties on Chinese goods
Threats continue! China has promised to respond to the United States
iShare MSCI EM fell to one-year low and MSCI Emerging Market reached bottom for 2018. As we said earlier this month, good end of Trump-Kim meeting will lead to more aggressive US-China trade policy. I expect negative money flow remain to the end of the day. Also I expect the negative sentiment to shift on the European markets.
