The Asian markets were trading mostly higher during the night, due to the better data from China and we expect that this positive sentiment will continue to hold into the European session as well, but this may not last for long and we might see lower prices on the indices again. European stocks closed higher on Tuesday.
The price of Oil was slightly higher during the Asian hours and it trading at $50.73 right now. The US dollar have been trading on the weak side since the start of the week, but the speculation for higher rates before the end of the year remain and this is supporting the USD. The strong positive sentiment also supports the NZD and AUD as the risk on sentiment came into the markets. This positive sentiment may not hold as issues persist with the banking sector in Europe and we might see lower prices of the indices later on during the session. So far the market prices in over 50% chances for higher rates in the US and this is positive for the USD.
FTSE will open higher around 7,002, DAX to open higher around 10,658, CAC to open higher around 4,521
