The markets to open unchanged today for the European session. At the Asian session the markets were down broadly. The futures of the American indices are down at this time. Investors sit of the sidelines and await the speech from Janet Yellen today from the Central Banks meeting. All are awaiting for a possible signals of how and when we can expect rates to be raised. The speculations of the rate raise increase with every new economic data that is better than expected from the US economy.
For now the markets do not have a clear direction for trade and this continued several days. We can expect increase in volatility during that time. The Oil price is down slightly but if continue to clime as it has done in the past several days, this will help the indices to go up as well. The US dollar is stable but without big moves, but this can change after the speech.
FTSE to open around 6,820, DAX to open around 10,524, CAC to open around 4,401.
