European stocks are expected to open lower on Wednesday despite gains seen in most Asia markets.Asian markets retraced much of their early gains on Wednesday afternoon, with Chinese mainland markets dropping sharply.In the morning session, stocks had received a boost from overnight weakness in the dollar and advances in oil prices. In oil markets, crude futures fell on Wednesday after Kuwaiti oil workers ended a three-day strike.
After night trade, stock markets closed with a growth between 1.6% and 2.4% are in Canada, Peru, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia ... USA closed mixed but with a larger number of increased shares. Dow Jones rose by + 0.27%, reaching new 6-month high, S & P 500 also rose by + 0.31% while the NASDAQ Composite was at minus 0.40 percent. CBOE Volatility Index, based on trading in options based on the S & P 500 fell -1.27%.
Earnings in euro area are due from Novozymes, Heineken, ABB, Syngenta, ARM Holdings and Metro Bank on Wednesday.
