European Stocks to open lower

European Stocks to open lower due to the lower oil prices and the FED minutes due tomorrow on Wednesday.

All three FTSE, DAX and the CAD may open lower. The Asian markets were under pressure overnight due to the weakness in the American markets.

US Oil was below $30 per barrel, where Monday was down as much as 7%. Due to the over production the words from the Minister of Iraq that the production of oil was at a record levels, reaching 4.13 barrels per day in December.

The lower price of oil had negative impact on stocks, where the S&P and the Nasdaq both closed lower by 1.5% each, DOW Jones closed lower by 200 points.

ECB did continue to promise that they will increase inflation in the Eurozone.
