European stocks to open lower as investors try to understand Janet Yellen's comments and how long will take for The FED to raise interest rates again. It was clear that there will be no negative rates in the US. The negative sentiment continuous. Yellen added that if China's economy growth and other global economies are slowing further, it will eventually have negative impact on US economy and unemployment rate.
The bank stocks moved higher yesterday, but the will remain under focus as ECB can start buying banks stocks in part of the quantitative Easing program.
Oil price continue to slid to $26.74 per barrel and global markets did follow.
FTSE to open around 5,618, DAX to open around 8,890, CAC to open around 4,000
