European Stocks to open lower
European Stocks to open lower, after the rise has stopped over night. The indices are at serious resistance levels right now. The negative tone that was set overnight during the Asian session can take hold later on today. So far the markets were supported by the rising prices of commodities.
The price of oil fell a bit, after the rise on Monday. Data of lower production from the US, however analysts say that that gap will be filled by Iran's production, and there is really no change in production overall globally. As the Secretary of OPEC said, that there is still no agreement in place for production cuts.
The investors are still focused on the UK and the exit talks. All Euro zone countries were supportive of the UK to stay in the Euro zone.
FTSE to open around 5,992, DAX to open around 9,512, CAC to open around 4,268.
Expected earnings reports today from Danone, Swiss Re, Persimmon, BHP Billiton, Ladbrokers.
