Teresa May's last comment is that the Brexit negotiators have made progress over the past 24 hours, but "a small number of unresolved issues remain". There will be no deal today, but it is likely that the cabinet will be summoned for signing and tomorrow will turn to 100%.
The negotiating reports say the cabinet may be called on to agree a deal with the EU tomorrow or Thursday. It remains to be seen whether the cabinet will approve the text for "Brexit" because we still do not see any details, but from the initial impressions, it seems that they may be asked to vote for something they disagree with.
