During the Asian session we expect positive start for the indices:
ASX 200: +40
Nikkei 225: +130
Shanghai: +60
Hong Kong: +140
The positive sentiment continues and the indices have been going higher. Both the European and American indices closed higher with big gains. This could change, due to the fact that they have reached levels of resistance and some of them previous highs. UK, BOE also informed us today that they may cut the rate during this summer due to negative impact on the UK economy due to Brexit, and it seen to have lower GDP, lower inflation and uncertainties around trade agreements with EU.
The main news tonight are from Japan and if they are worst than expected as the trend up til now, is expected further depression of the JPY and positive sentiment to continue. But if the news are positive, we could see stronger Yen and lower prices of the indices.
The price of Oil is slightly lower which is not helping the indices. Expect to see lower price of GBP and USD
Possibly to trade AUD/JPY
