Gold near 3-month low after 8-day declines
Gold traded near 3-month lows in early session today and notes eighth consecutive day of losses. The precious metal continues to be under pressure from the ongoing upward move in the dollar due to expectations of increases in US interest rates.
Spot GOLD is trading at $ 1,154.76 an ounce, while the April delivery fell to $ 1,154.50 an ounce.
May silver rose by 0.83% and is trading at a price of $ 15.49 per ounce.
