The New Zealand central bank monetary policy update is due Thursday at 21:00 local time. Analyzst from Goldman are speculating that it is unlikely RBNZ to cut interest rates further this mount, because of the good economic data coming out from the country.
Tim Toohey chief analyst at Goldman Sachs Australia, is convinced that the central bank will not move interest rates on Thursday as the chances of that happening are more likely to occur on November. Market participants see 55% chance RBNZ to cur rates next month.
The New Zealand central bank is worried on it's outlooks on the countries inflation after the GDP and dairy prices rose more than expected, the exchange rate is stronger and housing market is calmer.
