Asian markets seem to be preparing to continue the upswing after the fresh All Street High on Wall Street, stemming from the Senate's decision to extend government funding to February 8. At the same time, the Senate's short-term decision has weighed on the dollar and raised the yield on US bonds. The market focus will be on Bank of Japan's decision on the key interest rate after its two-day meeting.
