A script that combines several Japanese candles from a given time frame is called PeriodConverter and is built in with the installation of Meta Trader 4.
Double click it or drop it in the chart. This will drive you to a new window
For example, if you are on a daily chart and in the Period multiplier factor field, enter 3, this will merge 3 days into one Japanese candle and you will get a completely new look at the price movement over a 3-day period. To open the new chart, you need to select the File -> Open Offline and then select the appropriate instument. In the current example GBPUSDD3
