Possible terror attack in Manchester - Stronger JPY and weaker GBP sited

There has been two explosions that was heard from The Manchester Arena. There are police reports of confirmed fatalities. The situation continue to develop.  No further police reports for the source of the noise of the explosion during a concert there.  Awaiting further details.

According to the police, there are 19 killed and 50 injured.

The reasons about the explosions are still clarifying. It may have been a terrorist attack.
