Copper bulls are running out of steam, weighed down by burgeoning stockpiles. Hedge funds and other large speculators cut their net- long position in the red metal to the lowest in 16 months, Commodity Futures Trading Commission data show. The metal used in pipes and wiring has fallen almost 6 percent this year as rising inventories added to signs of weakening Chinese demand.
