The S&P 500 Index is heading for its longest streak of monthly gains since 2007, and investors are betting there’s more to come. A jump in trading of bullish options on an exchange-traded fund tracking the gauge has pushed the ratio of calls to puts to its highest level since August 2016. While technology shares suffered their biggest selloff since August on Wednesday, the S&P 500held steady, set for an eighth straight month of advances.
