Says that looks like EU will endorse the agreement.

They're basically putting forward the notion that "this is the best deal you're going to get" in a bid to help May get the agreement to pass a meaningful vote in the UK parliament. It's all getting a bit heated right now with a potential leadership challenge mounting against Theresa May also on the cards.
