Jamie Dimon: Investors have to prepare for 5% on US10-YR

Jamie Dimon was not satisfied with the previous warning that investors should support US yields of 4%. "Better be prepared to deal with 5% or more - this is more likely than more people think," said JP Morgan CEO.

However, the 3% level still provides solid resistance to 10-year bonds, even if the US unemployment rate is below 4%, economic growth above 4%, and the unusual increase in government borrowing at the end of the cycle.

Bond yield growth can quickly erase good earnings on US indices and direct investors to gold and JPY.
