He is the former chairman of the board of Alliant Techsystems and founder of the New York Securities Auction Corporation and Gotham Funds. He is also a director at Pzena Investment Management . According to him, historically 70% of the active portfolio managers have imagined worse than the market for an average of 10 years. Another fact is that those who do not know how to evaluate a company or difficult to navigate the ratios as "value" and "growth" are part of a different statistic, more widely known as "the 90-90-90 rule".
