The Mirae Asset Tiger 200 ETF, one of the largest electronic traded funds tracking the KOSPI 200 index, posted the largest inflow of funds this year after investors did not reflect geopolitical tensions and rely on the fact that the new Apple iPhone will lead to a new upward impulse for technological sector.
The fund had an inflow of $174 million. on September 8 and only $20.6m. outflow on September 11. This is indicative of the positive sentiment of investors in South Korea, despite the problems their northern neighbor is creating.
