The Kosdaq market, home to South Korean small-cap stocks, has been finding favor with international investors in recent weeks and outperforming the Kospi.Foreign funds have added a net $545.4 million to their Kosdaq holdings over the past month, compared with net sales of $1.1 billion on the Kospi. The recent slide in Korean bond yields will have helped the Kosdaq do better than the Kospi, although they may need to go further to provide a major lift from here.
