Kudlow: The Trump Administration expects a commercial offer from the EU

Larry Kudlow said there are discussions with many countries. EU President Jean-Claude Juncker comes to Washington next week. "We will have talks," he said. "He said he was bringing an important offer for free trade." Kudlow added that he could not confirm.
