Latest data from Bloomberg Composite EU Referendum Poll Tracker shows close results from the polls. Actual percentages are 45% for Remain and 44% for Leave. Interesting is that the undecided tend to decrease as currently they are 11%.
Bookmakers calculate the chance at under 30%. This high probability for remain side is due to the fact that such leave have never happened in the past and statistically is less probable. Interesting here is also the Bing statistics which price the chance for Britain to stay in EU at 57% which is supported by social and statistical data analysis.
