London Stock Exchange (LSE.UK) - Daily
Our expectations: Long-term upward trend and price after correction to support zone. Long-trade should only be undertaken after an appropriate Price Action proving the strength of the bulls in the support area.
Alternative scenario: If the price goes below the support area, the positive scenario will break and we will probably see a decline in the stock price.
Comment: The price is in the long-term upward trend and after correction to key levels. The support area is formed by horizontal support, 50SMA, major upward diagonal and 23.6% Fibonacci correction of the main trend. The combination of CCI14/50 indicators gives early signals of ending corrective movement, with 14 periods intersecting -100 from bottom to top, and 50-period hold over 0 - the trend remains.
Price Action - This is the only criterion missing so far to take Long-Trader. The lack of Price Action suggests that short-term downward impulses are possible. It is then right to look for a long entry at a low cost in order to minimize the Stop Loss order and reach the highest possible risk/return ratio.
