After North Korea fired new rocket during the weekend, we expect caution to be present at the markets. It is possible that the Asian indices will react negatively and open lower at the start. These attempts from North Korea now are becoming move often than ever, and investors will prefer safety and less risky financial instruments.
The US indices closed slightly lower on Friday last week, with the exception of the Nasdaq and the negative mood may increase during the first trading session of the new week, today overnight.
The price of Oil may jump up after the start of the session, due to the possibility of military action from the US against North Korea. We suspect that the JPY will become stronger again and also we can add the fact that all JPY pairs are on levels of resistance. This is giving us a reason to expect stronger JPY and Gold. Its highly possible to see higher USD and fall of the risk oriented currencies as are the AUD and NZD.
