The markets will open higher in the USA, after European indices were higher as well, but it is very likely that we might see lower prices of the indices as profit taking might continue. Normally, the markets are optimistic going into the Holidays and before year end, and if there is a correction it may be short lived and small and then again higher levels toward the week's end.
We are expecting a speech from Janet Yellen at 20:30 (our time and the investors will closely monitor her words to see if there is any indication of higher rates and more importantly how many time FED sees increased rates.
The US dollar is again the strongest currency and continue to go higher against all other. Today we see stronger JPY and that might continue today so it would give us a better levels to enter against the JPY.
The price of Oil is trading slightly lower at $51,50 but its holding on most of its gains for now. All commodity prices are lower due to the stronger dollar.
