Indicative FTSE is up 1 point, CAC 40 by about 6 points, DAX to open up 2 points and Italian FTSE MIB with a fall of 75 points.
A difficult session for Europeans is expected. Risks from Italy are again heightened on sentiment, and negotiations on Brexit further stress investors. Theresa May said there are a few but very difficult issues to decide to consolidate the deal, and the Italians have until the end of today to submit a new budget plan for 2019 to the European Commission.
