Brexit. Again in focus. Europe is about to trade the results of yesterday's vote in Parliament on Theresa May's "divorce" agreement with the EU. As expected, it suffered a loss and it was quite impressive. 432 votes against against 202 votes in favor. Today, a possible vote is being tabled and voted on by Jeremy Corbyn's no-confidence vote, which he quickly summoned in a blatant speech in May following the elections yesterday. The prospects for convening a second referendum are not excluded as the most likely next move by the government.
It is expected that the negative mood of the main European markets will be opened and, accordingly, will open with lower values. Trade today will mainly be driven by the sentiment alongside Brexit and the negative attitude towards the economic situation of Europe after Mario Draghi's statement yesterday.
