Russia's credit rating was raised from negative to stable by Moody's Investors Service, citing stabilization of the external finances and reduced probability the economy will be facing "intense shock" over the next 12 to 18 months.
Moody's confirmed the credit rating of Ba1 Russia, which is one step below investment grade.
The gross domestic product of Russia is expected to shrink by 3.8 percent in 2015 and to resume growth in the third quarter of next year, according to the median forecast of economists surveyed
