FX investors should consider buying EUR / CAD this week, advised by Morgan Stanley.
"Insurance against an early rise in US interest rates."
While markets deal with the prospects of FED for a possible rise in interest rates, dollar should remain strong. However, the possible rise in dollar may be limited and difficulty in trading the greenback, leads to consideration of other currency pairs if the US reach a decision on an early increase of interest rates.
Analysts at Morgan Stanley add that bearish crosses on the EUR would also perform well in the event of early stimulus in the US monitor policy. EURCAD and EURAUD are also good choices for long.
