The yield gap between short-term and long-term US Treasury yields is deepening. In particular, the yield on 30-year bonds reached just under 1.91%.
What should traders pay attention to today ?!
The main stock indices remain "Flat" at the moment, but strong movements should not be expected there. The decline in long-term bond yields can and most likely will prompt US banks to buy currency havens, such as JPY and CHF.
Let's look at USD/CHF - H4
The main trend is continuing downward, and the price activates the pennant formation. At the moment, there is a subsequent test of the figure in the resistance zone, where during the US interbank market - 15:30 to 16:30 we will look for Price Action signals for Short-positioning.
Alternatively, if the price goes above the basic diagonal, the downward scenario will collapse and we are more likely to see an increase.
