Dear Traders and Investors,

We would like to inform you that due to the upcoming referendum in the UK on June 23, all investment banks, market makers, liquidity providers to the investment intermediary “Varchev Finance” are raising margin requirements and spreads of certain financial instruments as a result of which, we impose a temporary increase in margin requirements on trading platforms MT4 and “Varchev Absolute Trader”.

I. After 14:00 o’clock/12:00pm GMT/ of June 16, 2016 margin requirements are increasing as follows:
1.FOREX
- GBPUSD and all cross/ currency pairs/ of GBP – 5%
-EURUSD and all cross/currency pairs/ of EUR – 3%
-USDCHF and all cross/currency pairs/ of CHF – 2%
-USDJPY and all cross/currency pairs/ of JPY – 2%

2. Indicies:
-UKX, UK100 – 8%

3. Shares:

The outcome of the forthcoming referendum will have a drastic impact of the GBP and stock indices and is able to cause extreme volatility and turbulence in the financial and capital markets.
The changed trading conditions could protect traders dealing in “Varchev Brokers” from abnormal market behavior, force major obstacles before, during and after the referendum.

II. The possible critical situation on the market in the week of the referendum could lead to an extraordinary widening of spreads, spikes / spines / and unnaturally long and continuous movements of financial instruments.

III. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to recalculate:
- Used margin in your account after changing margin requirements
- Overloading account balance - the level of margin account. Levels below 500% is risky for your account.
- The current balance
- Increases in the margin level in your account:
- Reduction / lowering / already opened positions
- Depositing cash
- Opening of hedging / opposite positions

The above actions may be taken before 14:00 / 12: 00 pm. GMT / of June 16.
