Oil marked increase in Asian session today, supported by ongoing unrest in the Middle East.
Crude oil is trading up 8 cents increase to $ 59.51 a barrel, after finishing with a decrease of 26 cents yesterday's session. Brent saw a slight increase of 2 cents to $ 66.29 a barrel after yesterday fell 54 cents.
Precious metals declined in the early session. Spot supply of gold is traded at a price of 223.39 USD for 1 ounce, continuing to hold near 3-month high, which is a level of 1 $ 232.20 an ounce. Deliveries in June also declined by trading 0.34% decline to 1 $ 220.40 an ounce.
Spot silver is trading at $ 17.50 an ounce or a decrease of 20 cents, compared to yesterday's session. For July delivery traded at a price of $ 17.67 per ounce, down by 0.33%
Platinum also collapsed in the early session, by decreasing to 1 164.60 US dollars an ounce, compared to 1 $ 175.10 an ounce at the end of last session, while palladium was trading at $ 783.40 an ounce.
