Oil prices stabilized after the fall on Wednesday, while gold reported slight growth
Crude oil prices recovered slightly in the early Asian session on Thursday as investors focused attention to any change in the tone of a meeting of OPEC production prospects.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, futures for July delivery sank 2.75 percent to above daily low of $ 59.39 a barrel, then rebounded to $ 59.66 or -2.61%.
On the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), Brenta July delivery dipped - $ 1.6 to 63.85 or -2.5%
Gold rose slightly in early Asian session following comments from the ECB on whether Greece will make the payment to the IMF. On the New York Mercantile Exchange futures for August delivery rose 0.04% to $ 1 185.40 per ounce.
Silver for delivery in August in turn rose 0.02 percent to 16.483 per ounce.
